What You’ll Do

As a member of the PLAY team, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience:

• Deliver warm, genuine, and memorable hospitality to every guest
• Create an energetic and welcoming atmosphere during live sports, game nights and special events
• Engage with guests through interactive games, friendly conversations, and shared excitement
• Serve high-quality, Chef driven food and beverages with pride, knowledge, and attention to detail
• Work as part of a supportive, fast-moving team that values communication and collaboration
• Keep the venue clean, safe, and buzzing with positive energy

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for hospitality and people-first service
• A positive attitude and natural ability to connect with guests
• Comfort working in a high-energy, entertainment-driven environment
• Team players who bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• An appreciation for great food, amazing beverages, sports, and social experiences
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but personality and passion matter most
